Survey telephone systems:
Calling-Us can accept incoming calls and redirect them after a welcome message - or possibly by Menu Selection - to an internal phone.
The ISDN controller must be connected to an ISDN installation (telecommunication system) for this. This telecommunication systems internal internal S0-bus must have the possibility of internal relaying.
Hint: If you already have a telecommunication system which was not tested positively here you can still use all Calling-Us function - except external relaying - by employing an additional ISDN controller. In this case you can just run the ISDN controller parallel to your telecommunication system (second plug at the NTBA).

If you telecommunication system is not in the above list just install the Calling-Us MAX trial version. Connect the ISDN card of your computer to the internal S0 bus of the telecommunication system. Only the CAPI or ISDN card - not that of the telecommunication system - may be installed on your computer. Now you can test how Calling-Us work under your configuration.
