We employ your software in a professional environment for the standard processing of incoming phone calls, especially in the callback system. After a long search we have now finally found a top software which enables us to easily connect our German branch to the main office located outside Europe. This software plays a major part in providing our telephone support independently form the location.

Solutions for automations*

Calling-Us ® MAX Enterprise enables you to employ your own software developments for fax, SMS, voice, Email or Unified Messaging functions. Thus you can e.g. make webshops, internet sites, control or surveillance programs perform callback or notification calls via Calling-Us ® MAX Enterprise.

 

Callback via website

A customer triggers a request for callback via your website. Your webserver will forward the number of the customer via HTTP request to Calling-Us. Calling-Us will call the customer and play an info message. Afterwards the customer will be redirected to one of your employees. In order to shorten the waiting time an automated message can e.g. introduce new products or information.

Confirming orders via phone or fax

A customer orders something from your website. If the customer enters a phone or fax number Calling-Us can call him and deliver e.g. a confirmation code via voice or fax message. Delivering the data to Calling-Us will be performed via HTTP request.

Website billing systems

Your customer wants to buy something from your website. For this purpose you can offer an automated ordering process via telephone. Calling-Us will accept the call under your special number for phone orders. After the customer has entered a PIN, which can acquired e.g. over your website, Calling-Us will send a ordering confirmation to a script at your website. Thereupon the website will unlock the content or download.

Monitoring servers

You have a server on which important processes are running or which provide important data. A monitor application recognizes a problem and Calling-Us will inform the service personnel via voice phone call, SMS or fax.

Unlimited possibilites

Calling-Us will trigger call at different events like calls, new faxes or messages on your answering machine. Other application may initiate call via HTTP Request or file content. The flow of call can be controles via INI-files. Calling-Us can even control other applications via DDE, DLL or HTTP call. Data can be delivered via INI-file or PROTOCOL/LOGFILE in CSV format.

* Technical requirements

For implementing the described internet functions Calling-Us ® MAX Enterprise, an appropriately equipped webserver (e.g. with ASP, PHP, MySQL etc) and some programming skills are necessary. Concerning server monitoring you may have to create your own programs or the monitor programs must have the appripriate interfaces.
