- Microsoft Windows NT4, 2000 Professional, 2000 Server, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional or Windows 2003 Server
- Basic ISDN connection or ISDN telephone system with internal S0-Bus
- For relaying: compatible telephone system
- For sending SMS: internet connection
- Communication hardware or software device with CAPI 2.0 interface (like AVM FritzCard PCI).
